RECRUITING: NEW TRUSTEES

We are recruiting three new Trustees to join and support our current team at Hull Chamber Music during this exciting and important stage of its growth and development.

We recently embraced a new vision of reaching out to the wider community by offering chamber music in a vibrant, meaningful and accessible way to people who may be less familiar with the experience of live classical music.

If you are passionate about making high quality chamber music accessible to all and want to support us in taking Hull Chamber Music into new directions, we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Passionate about chamber music.
  • Enthusiastic about bringing classical music to new audiences, helping us to make a positive impact to the community of Hull and surroundings.
  • Willing to contribute some of their time and expertise to support Hull Chamber Music’s ongoing development.

Ideally, Trustees will be Yorkshire-based; however, this is not essential. Trustees may contribute through in person meetings and/or via email/online communication. All Trustees are required to attend the Annual General Meeting.

About Hull Chamber Music

HCM has been running for over 70 years, and has been a bedrock of professional classical music in the Hull area ever since. Our season usually consists of six concerts per year between October and April, and additional relaxed events in other venues across Hull, for audiences such as parents, children and those with disabilities and additional needs. It also includes opportunities for participation such as workshops, masterclasses, ‘meet the artists’ events, and gala dinners.

How to Apply

To apply, please send an expression of interest to katie@hullchambermusic.org.uk by Friday 6th May 2022 explaining why you are applying to be a Trustee at Hull Chamber Music.
