Performance

Beethoven Trio in B flat major op 11
Stravinsky The Soldier’s Tale
Messiaen Quartet for the End of Time

A favourite at Hull Chamber Music, we welcome back the Berkeley Ensemble, following their chamber music course earlier in the year. The programme will feature Beethoven’s Trio in B flat major for clarinet, cello and piano, featured on the ensemble’s new Beethoven disc which will be released in early 2020, marking the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth.

Renowned for their thought-provoking programming, the Berkeley Ensemble was formed with the aim of promoting lesser-known works, alongside more established repertoire. We are delighted to welcome them back to Hull Chamber Music with this moving programme for violin, cello, clarinet and piano.
